Waterfront Park Hours
6 am – 11 pm, daily

The park closes at 11pm. Vehicles left in the parking lots after 11pm are subject to towing. Cars parked in no parking areas will be towed.

Charges will be $138 minimum for cars, and a amount exceeding $138 for larger vehicles, plus $25/day storage for cars.

Park Rules

The park belongs to all of us. Let’s keep it clean, safe, and enjoyable for everyone. Be neighborly and respectful to all park users.

Pick up after yourself, your children, and your pets.
The next trash receptacle is never far away.

Bikes welcome.
Everywhere. No, really.

Walk your dog.
On a leash and in designated areas. Dogs are not permitted on playgrounds, the Splash Park, fountains, or the Big Four Bridge (service dogs are the exception).

Exercise.
We encourage movement throughout the park to stay fit. Please be mindful of others who might need more space than you.

Play.
Bring your ball, hula hoops, playing cards, and other activities to enjoy. No league play. No cleats.

Have a picnic.
Bring a meal to share with family and friends. No alcohol. No glass. Grills are available to use in the picnic areas by both playgrounds.

Connect.
Say hi or wave to someone you pass in the park. You just might make their day.

Please don’t:

• Host parties or events for more than 50 people. For large gatherings, please visit the plan your event page.
• Bring a grill.
• Have a bonfire or start any kind of fire.
• Use anchored tents.
• Tie anything to trees or use them to anchor objects of any kind.
• Put stickers on surfaces in the park.
• Skateboard or climb on park railings.
• Bring inflatables.

Big Four Bridge Rules:

We want to keep the bridge safe for everyone.

When on the bridge, please don’t:

• Bring your pets. Service animals are welcome.
• Host an event or gathering.
• Skateboard or skate (in-line skates).
• Use motorized vehicles, including electric scooters, mopeds, motorcycles, cars/trucks. We do allow personal mobility scooters and motorized wheelchairs.
