TurfMutt Foundation’s Investment in Waterfront Park

The TurfMutt Great Lawn was dedicated on October 16, 2024 signifying an important partnership between Waterfront Park and the TurfMutt Foundation and represents a major $1 million investment in Waterfront Park for a 10 year sponsorship of the Great Lawn in Waterfront Park.  

This sponsorship helps maintain and enhance one of Louisville’s most treasured green spaces, ensuring it remains accessible and welcoming for the community for many years to come. It also underscores the foundation’s mission to promote the benefits of managed landscapes and green spaces for environmental health and well-being.

The TurfMutt Great Lawn is a central feature of Waterfront Park, hosting Louisville’s most notable events and celebrations.  By sponsoring this space, the TurfMutt Foundation can amplify its message about the importance of green spaces in urban settings while contributing to a beloved community area that reflects their commitment to environmental stewardship.
