You will have the opportunity to participate in many different kinds of yoga classes. I will be teaching Hatha, Couples/Partner, Blindfold, Yin and of course DOGA.

This Is The Ohio looks at the Ohio River in a new and provocative way. The one-hour documentary is light in tone but very serious in presenting the urgent need to care for this most important waterway. It considers what the Ohio has done for us as well as what we have done to it.
