Campers will be introduced to the works and history of Ed Hamilton, Muhammad Ali, the Underground Railroad and more enriching information relating to Juneteenth and our city of Louisville. After learning this extraordinary history, campers will then create their own sculptures, collages, miniature landscapes, and paintings to express themselves and their new found knowledge. Explanations on their art will be practiced throughout the week to prepare for their very own celebrational art exhibit at the end of the camp.
