The Louisville Sustainability Council’s Volunteer Fair

The Louisville Sustainability Council’s Volunteer Fair will be a one-stop-shop to get plugged in with sustainability-related organizations all across the city. There will be 30+ organizations and community groups representing topics ranging from renewable energy to food justice and urban agriculture to outdoor engagement and recreation!

This event will take place at the Waterfront Park Swing Garden on August 20th, 10am-1pm. The LSC Volunteer Fair will be a FREE opportunity for organizations to recruit volunteers for their mission while sharing about their work. Residents interested in volunteer opportunities can learn about multiple organizations at once while finding opportunities and organizations that best align with their interests, time, and skills.

Volunteering can come in many different forms – physical work (“boots on the ground”), advocacy (volunteering your voice and time), and financial support.

This event is free, family-friendly, and open to the public.
