The Adventure Playground is currently undergoing a renovation. Improvements include replacement of the rubber surfacing, repairs and repainting of play equipment, and other upgrades designed to enhance the visitor experience. Portions of the Adventure Playground will remain temporarily closed during construction. We anticipate reopening the renovated playground in November 2026, weather permitting.
The Splash Park remains open and operational and will continue to operate until it closes for the season once temperatures drop and remain cooler.
Looking for another place to play? PlayPort at Waterfront Park (1105 Rowan Street) remains fully open throughout construction.
We appreciate your patience as we complete these important improvements and look forward to welcoming families back to a refreshed Adventure Playground soon.
