Autumn adventures await at Waterfront Park!
A message from our Executive Director, Deborah Bilitski:
Dear Friends of Waterfront Park,
Fall is here at Waterfront Park, and we invite you to join us for some of our last signature events of the season! This weekend, we proudly welcome Via Colori® Street Painting Festival and the Grateville Dead Music Festival. Later this month, you can dance under the lights at the Downtown Silent Disco or get active for a cause with the Komen Kentucky MORE THAN PINK Walk or Mulligan’s 5K Fun Run & Walk, presented by our partners at the TurfMutt Foundation.
Amidst all the fun, we also have some housekeeping to attend to as the seasons change: PlayPort will be temporarily closed starting October 27 for approximately three weeks for maintenance. Splash parks and seasonal concessions are starting to wind down for the year, so stay tuned as hours shift and some amenities close with the cooler weather.
Keep an eye on our website and socials for park updates. We must say, the park is a little extra beautiful this time of year as the leaves turn, and we hope to see you here.
